We start with a breathing meditation. The colors of paint, gel markers, and papers spread across the table in front of us stimulating the creativity deep in our souls. After connecting to our inner selves, we transform the blank pages of our journals into colorful pages.
Over the six weeks, we will explore how to ease stress, lower anxiety, check out of the crazy world of today and experience the joy of creativity through the art and process of an art journal practice.
